Then all points reset for the next 15 minute match. In this you might play the whole 15 minute round and never get enough points to buy anything worthwhile. Considered one of the best in the galaxy, he was among the bounty hunters selected by Darth Vader to hunt Han Solo. Dengar was a Corellian bounty hunter, fighting in both the Clone Wars and Galactic Civil War. It's a bit more difficult to get the perks than something like Counter Strike - where even if you suck after a few rounds you can buy the AWP or Desert Eagle and body armor and at least have some fun with the more powerful weapons for a round. Adds Dengar as a new hero for Instant Action & Private Matches. If you are able to keep slaughtering people you keep earning points, and with those points you can continuously buy the best characters - so I'm afraid it's going to end up that the best players can hardly be killed because they'll get the best perks constantly and keep the best perks constantly through the match.

And getting the upgrades is a big part of the fun.

If you suck, like me, then you'll rarely get an upgrade that's worthwhile in a typical match as to the victor goes the spoils. I'm not sure I like the points system per match to get upgrades though.

I think that's a win - because while it's more complicated, it didn't take more than about an hour for me to feel comfortable at the controls and start holding my own on the kill counts. Now those options don't seem to exist, but there seems to be more actual skill involved in flying.

They changed the way it works - it's much more manual now versus just clicking up or down on the joystick to do a loop or barrel roll. Space combat seemed the most appealing to me. (likewise with the random hero powerups - even if you weren't very good it was still fun to play as an overpowered hero for a minute or two when you happened upon the powerup) Now that brand new player isn't probably going to stick around because he'll never get the AT-AT Walker or hero powerup. In the first one, a brand new player could grab the random powerup and pilot, for instance, a AT-AT Walker and just decimate everyone. This new one they might have swung the pendulum too far the other way. The first Battlefront was panned because it was too accessible and didn't have the unlocks/dept that would keep the playerbase coming back.
